The following 10 questions originally came from a French series, "Bouillon de Culture" hosted by Bernard Pivot. They are probably more familiar as the questions James Lipton asks at the end of the televisions series "Inside the Actor's Studio."

1 What is your favorite word?
"A tie between 'smorgasbord' and 'wow'".
2 What is your least favorite word?
"I hate it so much I can't remember it."
3 What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally?
"Ice cream, love, hot baths, plants, sunlight, cheeses, early morning, urban and rural landscapes, riding my bike in downtown L.A., physics and kinetic science, billiards, yoga, breathing."
4 What turns you off?
"Negativity, tight spaces, over-analyzing, pompousness, ambivalence."
5 What is your favorite curse word?
"Asshole."
6 What sound or noise do you love?
"Pops, moist sounds, base tones, delicate electro-organic sounds."
7 What sound or noise do you hate?
"Dry, chalky sounds, whiney, brassy, nasal-y tones."

What profession, other than your own, would you like to attempt?

"Spelunking or tropical island tour guide."

"Data-entry."

"You're the winner! Here is your cloud, wings and harp. Also, you can breathe rainbows, blow gold and see unicorns. Oh, and here is your bike that was stolen out of your garage when you were 10 years old."
